Inclusive culture

At Pinsent Masons, we cultivate an inclusive culture for all our people to thrive, by embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all our plans, processes and everyday business activity.

This includes integrating supplier diversity into our procurement process to allow diverse suppliers to work with Pinsent Masons in a mutually beneficial way. We also aim to lead the market by providing trusted support and advice to clients, fostering collaboration and driving sector-wide change.

“This year, we made further strides in gender diversity. We revamped the promotion process to support our employees, particularly female colleagues, on their journey towards partnership by increasing transparency with guidance around promotion pathways and practical information for aspiring partners. We broke new ground appointing our first female Managing Partner and welcomed a new female Chief People Officer and female Chief Technology Officer who are proving to be excellent role models in our senior leadership team.”
