Get acquainted

  • Make sure you have a thorough understanding of Foleon. Read through the website and our brand guide. Understand why companies choose Foleon and how they can create engaging, interactive Foleon Docs themselves.
  • Meet fellow Foleonies. You are invited to meet up with every member of the Growth team, as well as other colleagues relevant to your position, so they can explain to you what their role is within Foleon.
  • Ask questions! We’re always happy to help you out with whatever challenges you may face.
  • Connect with customers (if applicable).
  • Get familiar with all the tools, especially Foleon.

Onboarding talks

There are a couple of standard onboarding Talks within your first weeks to help you with a soft landing within the company.

  • Inspirational talk by Daan Daan will give a presentation about the company's history, vision, and strategy.
  • Onboarding talk by Jonna Jonna will have an onboarding talk with you on your first day. You'll discuss practical matters such as lunch, birthday buddies, and more.
  • Product talk by Yvonne The first part is to watch this webinar. After that, you'll receive an assignment for part 2. You will make your own Foleon Doc and show it to one of our designers.
  • Security talk by Jeroen (external) The Talk is about security awareness within Foleon. This is part of our Information Security Policy (ISO 27001).
  • Get to know Manager X from Department X Meet with every department manager to get to know them and find out everything you need to know about their department.
  • Brand messaging training by Richard F. Our VP of Marketing, Richard F., will give you training about brand messaging to make sure we're all aligned!
  • Game of Foleon Docs talk with Jerry Learn about our internal account structure, in-editor content governance, and Foleon Doc creation process with Jerry, the Content Ops.

Meeting rhythm

  • All Hands - Lookback previous Quarter - scheduled at the beginning of the quarter. In this meeting, we will be partly looking back at the last quarter but also have an inspirational talk to get people excited for the new quarter.
  • All Hands - Tribe update OKRs - scheduled in the middle of the quarter. In this meeting, every tribe will give an update on the progress of the OKRs and there will be time for ‘ask the LT anything.’
  • All Hands - OKR planning and presentation - scheduled at the end of the quarter. It's an OKR planning session where every Tribe will present the OKRs for the next quarter. The goal of this meeting is to align all tribes and departments on next quarter's goals.
  • Department daily/weekly/monthly Every department has its own meeting rhythm which consists of daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings.
