Onboarding buddy
At Foleon we work with buddies. Obviously, we are all buddies at Foleon, but one colleague in particular will be your go-to Foleon guide in order to make your onboarding smooth and successful.
Why a buddy?
Everyone who just arrives at a new company clearly has tons of questions, but who to ask which question? Well, that’s where your buddy steps in and he or she will help you out.
What to expect from a buddy?
Your buddy is usually someone you will work closely together with, which makes it easy to ask questions to him/her. Besides the general onboarding meetings, your buddy will make sure you’ll be introduced to the people you’ll be working with.
Besides this, your buddy will make sure you get up to speed with the several tools and platforms we use at Foleon.
Whenever you have a question, work or non-work related, feel free to reach out to your buddy. He or she will either point you in the right direction or directly help you out.
First day
On your first day on the job, your buddy will welcome you and introduce you to your colleagues. After the introduction, he/she will help you get installed at your workspace.
How long will you be buddies?
Hopefully forever! But, business-wise you’ll be linked to each other during your first 3 months on the job.
