Employee wellbeing and development
A focus on wellness can help us live healthier and happier lives, both at work and at home. OPEN Health encourages employees to take the time to incorporate 20 minutes into their daily schedule to focus on wellness. This practice supports clarity and focus to help us all meet our goals.
Activities in Wellness Week were selected to help all of us increase our knowledge about health, explore ways to relax, and learn more about physical fitness. Every day had a different activity. The week opened with a yoga session and ended with a qualified life coach, who spoke of the practical aspects of setting and meeting one’s personal and career goals.
Mental Health & Wellbeing Program
OPEN Health is committed to having a consistent, structured approach to mental health and wellbeing at work by ensuring individuals have access to the support and resources they need.
As part of our evolving Mental Health & Wellbeing Program, we launched a partnership with Mental Health at Work, a not-for-profit community interest company that has been a subsidiary of the Mental Health Foundation since 2018 and operates in more than 40 countries running global mental health programs. A key component of our partnership with Mental Health at Work will be the identification and training of Mental Health Allies across the business.
