OPEN Health is committed to ensuring that we have standards of governance for quality and compliance for the provision of biopharmaceutical-regulated activities and pharmaceutical marketing and communications in all jurisdictions, and that we follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Ethical Business Practices
The OPEN Health Confidential Ethics Helpline was introduced in 2022 to support our employees, suppliers, and stakeholders. Anyone who has a genuine concern regarding a breach of law or regulation or regarding unethical conduct can use the Ethics Helpline to report confidentially and, if required, anonymously. Global communications were sent out throughout the year reminding employees how to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Supplier Compliance Check
We have developed a global supplier setup process to allow for risk-based supplier due diligence to support management of supply chain risk and ensure appropriate supplier selection, including capturing vendors’ key ESG metrics and using ESG criteria in our vendor assessments. This process is designed to support our strategic approach to ESG as it will allow us to understand further the approach and maturity of our key suppliers in this area.
Additionally, the OPEN Health Supplier Code of Conduct has been updated to set clear standards for suppliers in this area. The Governance & Compliance team have semi‑automated the process using online forms, both internally and externally.
Cyber security
We focus heavily on cyber security to ensure our technologies and processes protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of computer systems, networks and data, against cyber attacks or unauthorized access.

Annual ESG Reporting
We publish our Sustainability Report about ESG impacts on a yearly basis. It enables us to be more transparent about what risks and opportunities we face and how we track our sustainability efforts.
