COVID-19 has affected communities all over the world, disrupting the global economy and forcing millions of small and micro businesses (SMB) to find new ways to operate.
We recently surveyed small business owners and consumers in nine countries to better understand the impact of COVID-19 and provide meaningful solutions to SMBs. Hearteningly, its key findings include a sense of optimism in the face of uncertainty.
The Back to Business study looks at the road ahead for small businesses across a number of countries including Brazil, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Russia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and the United States of America, with insights on how consumers are adopting new habits and how their old habits have been changed.
