Chief Sustainability Officer, Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore
Tham leads the strategy and development planning, engineering, and execution of construction projects in MPA. He is also the Superintending Officer overseeing development of the Next Generation Tuas Mega Port. He spearheads the initiative to formulate the Singapore Maritime Decarbonisation Blueprint, to drive the reduction of GHG emissions to meet IMO targets for international shipping and Singapore’s emission targets.
